Locals' review - On a clear day, the views from the summit of Mt Teine are stunning. You can see across Sapporo to the east, Otaru to the west and The
Sea of Japan to the north. Teine has two riding areas, the Olympia zone and Highland zone, both accessable through the one lift pass. The Olympia zone has
the more gentle slopes for beginners and a park with some rails and kickers. The Highland zone is great for steep powder runs through the trees. There are off-piste runs to explore for the adventurous, however be careful to orientate yourself as you could end up riding down the urban streets of Sapporo.
Access - 40 mins from Sapporo city centre.
